Take a big breath and dive deep into our habitat through the eyes of an oenologist. Our winemakers, Gio or Alessio, will show you every detail of our soils, our vineyards, the conceptuality that drove us while rebuilding our cellar and with which we approach growing vines and making wine every single day.
You will taste all our current vintage wines, some more mature vintages and wine directly from the barrels, during its aging process. In this journey you won’t only be connected to the present time but will cross several and different vintages.

After the tour of the vegetable gardens and winery, you can enjoy a deliciously vegetarian lunch with a lovely view of the hills in the shade of the terrace pergola. This vegetarian workshop will teach you Tuscan classics revisited. With a focus on reducing waste while offering tasty recipes easy to reproduce at home to be enjoyed with family and friends.
Your hands-on class will start or end (depending on the weather) with a guided tour of our garden and cantina. And will conclude with a communal dinner from your creations, enhanced by a wine pairing from our organic production explained by our sommelier. This fun experience will not only expand your culinary skills but also provide insight into sustainable cooking practices. Your workshop will include appetizer, main and dessert.
