Welcome to QB Cucina by chef Federico Viti. In Italian, “Q.B.” stands for “quanto basta” – or “as much as needed.” Rooted in the traditions of our grandmothers, who seasoned dishes by instinct and respect for ingredients, QB Cucina embodies this philosophy of reducing as much as possible waste and sourcing local.

We are proudly and Deliciously Vegetarian:  Guided by our Soul Aligned philosophy; we are committed to honoring the land and cultivating a deeper connection with nature by celebrating the abundance of ingredients grown on our estate. Eggs from our free range, honey from our colonies, and close collaborations with trusted, carefully selected organic local producers.

Explore the art of Tuscan cuisine with our cooking classes, held on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday late afternoon. Start with a guided tour of our garden and cantina, followed by a hands-on class. The class concludes with a communal dinner, enhanced by carefully selected wine pairings from our sommelier.
