Pets at One Belvedere Tuscany

One Belvedere Tuscany is a working farm surrounded by nature, animals, vineyards, gardens and shared guest spaces. To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, animals and members of our team, guests travelling with pets are asked to observe the following rules.

• Please inform us when booking. We welcome pets weighing up to 8 kg.
• As One Belvedere Tuscany is a working farm, certain areas are restricted to pets, including the winery, apiary, vegetable gardens and QB Cucina restaurant.
• Pets must always be kept on a leash, as farm animals may roam freely around the estate.
• Owners are responsible for collecting and properly disposing of their pet’s droppings.
• Pets must never be left unattended in a villa or apartment.
• For everyone’s safety and comfort, pets are not permitted in the swimming pool, ponds or other bodies of water on the estate.
• Pets are not permitted on beds or sofas. If pet hair is found on beds or sofas, an additional €200 cleaning and sanitisation fee will apply, as additional cleaning and ozoning may be required before welcoming subsequent guests, including guests with allergies.
• Pets must not disturb other guests. Owners are asked to ensure that their pets remain quiet and do not disrupt shared or common areas. Please ask before bringing a pet close to other guests in shared spaces, including around sunbeds or the pool.
• Any damage caused by a pet, including damage to furniture, flooring, landscaping or other property, may result in charges for the reasonable cost of cleaning, repair, restoration or replacement, as considered necessary by management.
• A €50 cleaning fee per room applies to guests staying with pets.

Failure to Follow the Policy

Failure to comply with these rules may result in the guest being asked to leave the property without a refund for the remaining stay.

Guests remain responsible for any applicable cleaning, repair, restoration or replacement costs resulting from damage caused by their pets.
