The One Belvedere Tuscany website is provided for general information and to allow visitors to discover the property, accommodation, dining, wellness, workshops, tastings, events and other experiences, as well as to access relevant booking and enquiry services.
You may use the website for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to its systems or networks, introduce malicious software, or use the website in a way that infringes the rights of One Belvedere Tuscany or any third party.

Where a reservation has been made through a third-party booking platform, requests for cancellation or modification may need to be made through that platform and may also be subject to its applicable terms.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Unless different arrangements are confirmed for a particular reservation, standard check-in is from 16:00 until 22:00 and check-out is no later than 11:00.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Guests are encouraged to contact One Belvedere Tuscany in advance if alternative arrangements are required.
Guests are expected to respect the property, its natural environment, facilities, staff, other guests and all applicable house rules communicated before or during their stay.
Guests must use accommodation, facilities and equipment responsibly and only for their intended purposes.
In the event of a serious breach of the property’s rules, including conduct causing significant disruption, damage or interference with the safety, privacy or comfort of other guests, One Belvedere Tuscany reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to take appropriate measures and, where justified, to require the guest to leave the property.
Where provided for by the applicable booking conditions or house rules, an additional charge equivalent to up to one night’s accommodation may apply in connection with a serious breach, without prejudice to the recovery of documented damages where permitted by applicable law.
Guests may also be responsible for reasonable costs arising from damage to the property, accommodation, facilities or equipment caused deliberately or through negligence, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the individual case.
Guests must exercise appropriate care when using the property and its facilities and must comply with all reasonable safety instructions provided by One Belvedere Tuscany, its staff or relevant service providers.
Certain areas and activities, including swimming pools, wellness facilities, gardens, vineyards, agricultural areas, woodland paths and other outdoor environments, may involve risks inherent to their nature. Guests are responsible for exercising reasonable care and for considering their own abilities and circumstances when using such areas or participating in activities.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, One Belvedere Tuscany shall not be responsible for injury, loss or damage resulting from a guest’s failure to follow safety instructions, misuse of facilities, negligent or inappropriate behaviour, or risks inherent in activities voluntarily undertaken by the guest.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits the liability of One Belvedere Tuscany where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Parents, guardians or accompanying responsible adults remain responsible for the appropriate supervision of children in their care while on the property.
Children must be appropriately supervised, with particular care taken around swimming pools, gardens, vineyards, agricultural areas, paths and other outdoor environments.
Guests are requested to inform One Belvedere Tuscany in advance of any food allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements relevant to dining, tastings, workshops or other food and beverage experiences.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate communicated requirements where possible. However, food and beverages may be prepared or handled in environments where allergens are present, and the complete absence of traces or cross-contact cannot always be guaranteed.
Guests with serious allergies should discuss their requirements directly with our team before participating in the relevant dining or food-related experience.
Experiences, wellness activities, workshops, tastings, events and other activities may be subject to availability, seasonal conditions, weather conditions, minimum or maximum participant numbers and operational requirements.
Where reasonably necessary for safety, weather, operational or organisational reasons, One Belvedere Tuscany may modify the timing, format or availability of an activity. Where a material change affects a confirmed paid reservation, affected guests will be informed of the available options in accordance with the applicable booking conditions and mandatory law.
Guests are responsible for following instructions provided in connection with activities and for informing our team in advance of any relevant requirements or circumstances that may affect their safe participation, where appropriate.
The accommodation of pets and any applicable requirements or restrictions relating to pets at One Belvedere Tuscany are governed by our Pets Policy.
Guests travelling with pets should review the Pets Policy and provide any information required when making their reservation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, One Belvedere Tuscany shall not be responsible for losses or damage resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, a guest’s failure to comply with reasonable instructions or applicable rules, or misuse of the property or facilities.
Subject to mandatory applicable law, One Belvedere Tuscany shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable in connection with the relevant service or agreement.
Guests remain responsible for taking reasonable care of their personal belongings. Nothing in this provision affects any responsibility of One Belvedere Tuscany that arises under mandatory applicable law.
