They are the ideal solution for those who wish to experience Tuscany with greater independence, without giving up the comfort and quality signed One Belvedere Tuscany. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.

- Bountiful breakfast: 08:00 to 10:00. To start your day off right, every accommodation includes a generous breakfast served family style. Freshly made beverages, pastries, bread, and muesli. Eggs from our hens, honey, and homemade marmalades. Local bio-farmer-produced dairy products. Lunches and dinners can be catered by QB Cucina.
- Private parking is available to guests, with the possibility of charging an electric car
Freedom and comfort
The apartments are designed for small groups or families who wish the freedom to live their Tuscan experience as at home, with the possibility of cooking independently and feeling like an authentic part of the territory. A perfect starting point also for the most curious guests, passionate about discovering Tuscany.
The reception is open from 08:00 to 22:00.

Check in / Check out
- Check-in: from 16:00 to 22:00. Please inform us in case of delay.
- Check-out: by 11:00 am at the latest.

Children
Families are welcome at One Belvedere Tuscany; We welcome children over 14 years old.
- Children under 14 may not use the elevator, swimming pool, or tennis court without adult supervision.
- Access to the spa is not permitted for guests under 16.
- Cribs, buckets, and changing tables are available upon request.
Pets
We love animals! However, it is necessary to inform us at the time of booking. We welcome dogs and cats up to 8 kg, provided the following rules are respected:
- As we are a working farm, some areas such as the winery, beehives, vegetable gardens, and the QB Cucina restaurant are off-limits to dogs.
- Dogs must always be kept on a leash, as farm animals roam freely.
- Owners must collect and properly dispose of waste.
- Dogs must never be left alone in the villa or apartment.
- For everyone’s safety and comfort, dogs are not allowed in the swimming pool, ponds, or other water features on the estate.
- Dogs are not allowed on beds or sofas. An additional €200 cleaning and sanitation fee will be charged in case of pet hair, as an ozone treatment will be required for future guests who may suffer from allergies.
- Dogs must not disturb other guests. Please ensure they remain calm and do not disrupt shared areas. Always ask before bringing your dog close to other guests in common spaces such as sunbeds or the pool.
- Any damage caused by your dog will result in charges for repair or replacement.
- A cleaning fee of €50 per room applies for guests staying with pets.
- Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the property without refund.
