Take a big breath and dive deep into our habitat through the eyes of an oenologist. Our winemakers, Gio or Alessio, will show you every detail of our soils, our vineyards, the conceptuality that drove us while rebuilding our cellar and with which we approach growing vines and making wine every single day.
We hope you are ready to be fulfilled by tons of information!
Gio
Gio crafts One Belvedere Tuscany’s wines with deep expertise and a true Tuscan soul. Trained in Siena and Florence, he has worked in top wineries across Tuscany and beyond. When not in the cellar, he’s fishing, swimming, or defending the superpowers of Scorpios.
Alessio
Alessio’s winemaking journey spans New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, Burgundy, and Tuscany. Passionate about organic farming, he believes great wine starts in the soil. When not among barrels, he’s off exploring on his gravel bike—or enjoying a perfect Bistecca.
