One Belvedere

the farm

The Farm at One Belvedere Tuscany spans 50 hectares in the heart of Castellina in Chianti, where nature and the agricultural landscape shape the guest experience.

Our agricultural approach draws on regenerative and permaculture principles. Within Belvedere1’s vineyards, documented regenerative practices include cover crops, green manure and soil-focused management. The broader agricultural philosophy is influenced by the work of Masanobu Fukuoka, a Japanese farmer and agricultural philosopher, and Allan Savory, a pioneer of holistic management.

At the core of our approach is a simple idea: that each of us must answer for our own conduct, toward the planet, and toward the present and future of the people around us.
