AMAYA – OLIO EXTRA VERGINE DI OLIVA

AMAYA is a blend of our young olive trees. The selection of three olive cultivars such as Frantoio, Pendolino and Moraiolo. The olive grove is managed following the Organic methods and pruned with particular attention in polyconical vase, to encourage healthy growth and generous olive production. It is the first oil pressed from the olives, it’s a special treat over a thick roasted slice of bread, to be enjoyedany time of the year. Your best friend in the kitchen.
