Set within the peaceful atmosphere of Anai Spa at Locanda Le Piazze, this one-hour yoga ritual is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your natural breath, and allow the body to move with grace.

Guided by Laura, the practice is designed to harmonize with the spa’s atmosphere, where water, silence, and light meet the surrounding nature. More than a simple class, this experience is conceived as a ritual — a suspended moment in which movement becomes meditation and breath becomes care.

Through gentle awakening, flowing movement, calming breathwork, and final relaxation, guests are guided into a state of deep presence and authentic well-being. The practice is intimate, enveloping, and accessible, offering a quiet yet meaningful way to reconnect with the body and mind.

Designed to welcome every level, the session does not require previous yoga experience. It is simply an elegant and restorative moment dedicated to balance, softness, and inner calm.

Session Flow

  • Welcome and Centering
    A brief introduction to the practice, settling onto the mat, connecting with the breath, and setting a personal intention for the session.
  • Gentle Body Awakening
    Soft mobilization of the neck, shoulders, and back through slow and fluid movements while bringing awareness to bodily sensations.
  • Flowing and Rejuvenating Sequence
    Simple and stable standing poses, gentle stretches for the legs and spine, and harmonious movements guided by the breath, with variations offered to suit every body.
  • Relaxation and Breathing
    Grounding floor poses and calming breathing exercises designed to release residual tension and gradually slow the rhythm of the body.
  • Final Relaxation
    A guided Savasana with deep relaxation, visualization, and a gradual return to conclude the practice in a state of quiet presence.
