An immersive experience dedicated to the discovery of extra virgin olive oil (EVO) and its deep connection to the Tuscan landscape. Set within the estate of OBT (One Belvedere Tuscany), this workshop invites guests to explore the culture, craftsmanship, and sensory richness behind one of the region’s most essential products.

Through a guided tasting, participants are introduced to the characteristics of high-quality extra virgin olive oil, learning how to recognize aromas, textures, and flavors while understanding the influence of soil, climate, and production methods.

Each session unfolds in a refined and authentic setting, creating a moment of discovery that is both educational and sensory, rooted in the traditions and identity of One Belvedere Tuscany.

  • Duration: 30 minutes up to a maximum of 1 hour, depending on group size
  • This timing is fixed to avoid overlap with tour and tasting experiences

  • No prior experience is required
  • Suitable for all guests interested in food and local products
  • Maximum of 8 participants per session
  • Workshops should be booked at least one day in advance
  • Subject to seasonal and operational conditions
  • Workshops are included in the stay and available exclusively for guests of One Belvedere Tuscany and Locanda Le Piazze
