Vi presentiamo Lisa Zacchia

Lisa Zacchia studied languages and economics before beginning her career as a business consultant. She worked for four years as an administrative employee in a private company before taking her first steps into the hospitality industry in 2014. In 2016, she joined Locanda Le Piazze as a receptionist and later became customer care manager.

A proud mother of two boys, Lisa combines motherhood and a demanding hospitality career with remarkable grace and determination. Her commitment, attention to detail, and natural leadership have led her to become the Reception Coordinator for both Locanda Le Piazze and One Belvedere, where she oversees the guest experience across the two properties.

She loves long walks in the countryside and enjoys losing herself in a good book.

After becoming a mother, Lisa began to reflect on the kind of world she wished her children to grow up in. She found her answer in the Belvedere project, a place where respect for nature, people, and animals lies at the heart of every decision and every experience.

She is also guided by a piece of wisdom her grandfather often shared with her:

“Learn an art and keep it with you, because in life you never know what tomorrow may bring.”

About Lisa Zacchia

By chance in 2014. I no longer wanted to work locked in the office and never see anyone, so I decided to leave my permanent contract to approach the world of tourism.

When did you find out you wanted to do your craft and pursue your passion?

Comparing myself with colleagues and clients and having a dynamic job.

What do you like most about your work?

A good team is the foundation of a solid company. Only by helping each other we can achieve goals. We are all equally important.

What are the most valuable things you’ve been taught to get to where you are now?

What can you find here you can’t find elsewhere? A team that supports and helps each other.

What is unique about the environment you work in?

It is a world that requires a lot of effort but gives a lot of satisfaction.

What advice would you give someone who would consider entering the business?

Knowing that I will have learned new things that will make me better at work and personally.

What keeps you going when the going gets tough (when things are more difficult)?
