MEET LISA ZACCHIA

About Lisa Zacchia

Lisa Zacchia studied languages and economy as a business consultant. She worked for 4 years in a private company as an administrative employee and in 2014 made her first steps in the tourism industry. In 2016 she joined the Locanda le Piazze as receptionist and then as customer care manager. She loves going for walks in the countryside and reading books.

After becoming a mother to her infant Giulio, she began to wonder what kind of world she would like her son to live in. She found the answer in the form of the Belvedere project — a place where respect for nature and animals is at the core of each proposal and undertaking.

She likes to be reminded of what her grandfather always told her : “Learn the art and put it aside because in our life we never know what is going to happen!”

Lisa Zacchia

When did you find out you wanted to do your craft and pursue your passion?

By chance in 2014. I no longer wanted to work locked in the office and never see anyone, so I decided to leave my permanent contract to approach the world of tourism.

What do you like most about your work?

Comparing myself with colleagues and clients and having a dynamic job.

What are the most valuable things you’ve been taught to get to where you are now?

A good team is the foundation of a solid company. Only by helping each other we can achieve goals. We are all equally important.

What is unique about the environment you work in?

What can you find here you can’t find elsewhere? A team that supports and helps each other.

What advice would you give someone who would consider entering the business?

It is a world that requires a lot of effort but gives a lot of satisfaction.

What keeps you going when the going gets tough (when things are more difficult)?

Knowing that I will have learned new things that will make me better at work and personally.
