Originally constructed in 1903, Villa N has emerged from a two-year restoration process as a unique blend of modern comforts and historical architectural heritage. If you wish the chef to cook at the villa (except on Tuesdays and Wednesdays), arrangements must be made 48 hours in advance.
We love dogs! However, you must inform us upon booking. We welcome dogs up to 8kg, provided these rules are followed:
We are a working farm and some areas such as the winery, apiary, vegetable gardens and the QB Cucina restaurant, are restricted to dogs.
Dogs must always be on a leash, as our farm animals roam free.
Owners must collect and properly dispose of droppings.
Dogs must never be left alone in your villa or apartment.
For everyone’s safety and comfort, dogs are not allowed in the pool, ponds, or other water bodies on the estate.
Dogs are not permitted on beds or sofas. A € 200 fee will apply for extra cleaning and sanitization if hair is found as extra cleaning and ozoning will be required to welcome the next guests who might have allergies..
Dogs should not disturb other guests. Please ensure they remain quiet and do not disrupt common areas. Always ask before bringing your dog near other guests in shared spaces, such as sunbeds or the pool.
Any damage caused by your dog will incur a charge for restoration or replacement.
A € 50 cleaning fee applies per room for guests staying with pets.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in being asked to leave the property without a refund for the stay.
