In Italian, “Q.B.” stands for “quanto basta” – or “as much as needed.” Rooted in the traditions of our grandmothers, who seasoned dishes by instinct and respect for ingredients, QB Cucina embodies this philosophy of reducing as much as possible waste and sourcing local.
We are proudly and Deliciously Vegetarian: Guided by our Soul Aligned philosophy; we are committed to honoring the land and cultivating a deeper connection with nature by celebrating the abundance of ingredients grown on our estate. Eggs from our free range, honey from our colonies, and close collaborations with trusted, carefully selected organic local producers.
