La pandemia del 2020 ha segnato un punto di svolta fondamentale nella mia vita: un momento per fermarsi, osservare, riflettere e riconnettersi con me stessa. Questo periodo di trasformazione mi ha portata a esplorare trattamenti olistici, la consapevolezza e una connessione più profonda con l’ambiente.
In December 2021, we acquired One Belvedere Tuscany, a farm and winery where we adopted regenerative and permaculture farming practices—widely regarded as the most sustainable methods of agriculture. As well as embracing the principles of permaculture philosophy. Alongside this, we undertook a complete renovation of the estate’s buildings, an immensely rewarding and educational process.
In 2023, I founded Beloved to share knowledge, spark ideas, and advocate for eco-conscious living. Whether it’s reducing waste, following seasonal recipes, choosing sustainable materials, switching to renewable energy, or supporting ethical local businesses.
