Slowly whisk in the oil until well blended.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In a small bowl, stir together the chickpeas and \u00bd tsp salt. Whisk the dressing and then add it, along with the chickpeas, to the bowl with the bulgur and stir to mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In a bowl, stir together the pistachios and a pinch of salt. Add the pistachios, diced peppers, parsley, and cranberries to the bulgur and toss well. Adjust the seasoning.
